 David Fitzgerald is the principal of Dave Fitzgerald Contracts Ltd and has over thirty years experience in the construction industry, both at home and in the UK, working on domestic House building and Commercial buildings such as shops, offices, factories etc.
Dave Fitzgerald Contracts Ltd has thirteen employees and a vast database of top quality sub-contractors that we can call on if needed. But as we have grown we have never forgotten the importance of personal supervision and client involvement in their project.
Over the past ten years we have built up a very good reputation for building quality homes using only first quality materials and workmanship. We also place great emphasis on bringing our project in on time and within budget. This is why we believe that the client should become a regular part of the construction team and attend regular meetings, so that if there is a change of mind on any part of the design, this can be brought to the attention of management early in the project and would avoid cost increases due to time overrun.
We have built a lot of quality homes since 1993. Apart from Irish clients, we have also had satisfied clients from as far away as Germany and the United States of America, who wanted to relocate here or just build a holiday home in Ireland.
